This is such a wonderful help for any Christian that needs to find a Bible Promise "Right Now"...I like it so much I carry it in my purse, and when online have it next to the keypad!

I love the book and find the scriptures very helpful in my day to day life; it's so nice to be able to go directly to the scripture you need for a particular problem. The book has been a blessing in my life and I've gifted many friends with it for that reason.

In March, 1995 I purchased this book for my mother. She loved it so well the pages are very worn. My mother passed away in October and I am reading it now. It is wonderful for all the different situations that come up in the life of a mother. It offers great encouragement from God's Word.

I bought this book for myself years ago and it's been my constant companion ever since. When I'm worried, fearful, happy or in need of guidance. I can turn to this little book, look up the section that best fits my need and find scripture readings that relate exactly to me, my life and that of my family. The book is designed for just that use. The best way can I describe it is instant Bible gratification. It is a must for every Christian mother, who wants God to be a part of her parenting.

This is a prophetic Bible/book for this time. The Bible declares that He would reveal things to come to His prophets. God, in His infinite wisdom and majesty, revealed His heart to this endtime Apostle and Prophet, Morris Cerullo. YHWH has divinely inspired this man to write the best commentary on finances I have ever seen. This bible is riveting, exciting, and prophetic. Please buy it and read it.

This book has Great Life Track notes. It applies specific Bible verses to MY life, in a way that's simple and easy to understand. It also has a fast track reading plan, which makes it so that in a short time I'm getting a very good overview of the Bible.

The Golden Book of Springfield is a super arcane, esoteric gem!! It should be required reading in every Illinois school. Lindsey attempts to do justice to his home state, by creating a futuristic Illinios filled with life and dignity. So unlike the Illinois of his time or anyone elses. Lindsey has a deep knowledge of the occult which is apparent to anyone who reads this book. The book is steeped in the occult tradition, filled with magic and mysticisim.Like ancient vibrations coming off his midwestern landscapes. Lindsey was the real deal! Artist, poet, seer! Its like an Illinois Book of the Dead. This book will leave the reader with a certain level of aboveness, for those hip/sensative enough to appreciate what Lindsey is saying.
The fact that this novel (Lindseys only) has just recently been available after almost 70 years just makes it even more special.
Unfourtunately I do not think I have even barely shown has special and unique this novel is. Its better the psychedelics!!

This book is a golden treasury of bible wisdom! I have lost count of how many of these books that I have purchased for myself and friends. It is so easy to understand the scriptures. After each scripture,it explains what that scripture means. I hope this book never goes out of print because I have other friends that want a copy of this book. I can't find any more books like this one. My best friend has read so many of these books over and over until they come all to pieces and I have to order more for her! I would like to find more books like this one. If you like to read scriptures and what they mean, you will love this book.

I agree with the first reviewer: this is a bible you will read. Don't ever suspect the Good News Translation: it is elegance in simplicity. I use other translations, too, like the New American Bible for authoritative annotation, and the new English Standard Version for traditional literary beauty. But you'll find yourself reading this GNT page after page, without effort, and that is what it's all about. Also, at first I thought the line drawings were for children: now I realize that they are wonderful mnemonics that trigger your memory with visual capsule summaries.

More or less a traditional size bible, with large clear type, and a flexible leather cover that feels just right. Go for it!

The Good News Translation of the Holy Bible is an excellent translation of the scriptures into the English language. It is accurate, dignified, and good reading. If you're looking for a Bible that you will read rather than one that will only be used occasionally for reference then this is a great choice. I bought a copy a while back and have read heaps of scripture since. It is a genuine pleasure.

The binding is good quality, the print is excellent, and the line drawings are a great way to break up the text. There are also embedded maps through the text, and a number of helps at the front an back of the bible including a Sunday and a week day lectionary.

I recommend this edition with no hesitations.

This book is beautiful. It's a keepsake with a ribboned book mark and "aged" pages. Filled with scripture! The morning prayer for every day is based on Galatians 5:22 with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It's a beautiful way to start the day with the Lord. Scripturally based and filled with wisdom, this is a must have. The evening devotions are as comforting and warm as a cup of tea before bed. I plan to buy it as gifts for all my friends and family though out the coming year.

I love this journal. The scripture verses are great and the comments really fit the sriptures and make you think. I bought this for a friend for Christmas, but loved it so much decided to keep it. Glad I did. I am sure I will be ordering more for gifts. Easy reading, enlightening, and draws you easy into journaling if you are resisting journaling. Get one and enjoy your journey with God.

I just wanted to say that I have owned this book & Its one of my all time favorite books ever! I was just emailing my aunt back in NY talking about this & wanted to see if there was still more copies of this one, there is & I had to leave a comment! If you want this book note that I've had it, left it in Mexico, Its so beautiful & smells so wonderful !!! This book is so worth buying & I LOVE IT!!!! I also got the Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary with it, cuz I'm not a doctor, I just love that book & wanted to know what things where that I didnt know.. Also one amazing deal in here & I love that book as well! These two go hand in hand!!! You cant go wrong!!! I also wanna say I wish there was a higher rating on this book!! This is the 'must have' item, if one is researching the FW190 D Series...
Library of Eagles (the publisher), has done an exellent job, of telling the story of this aircraft, through words and pictures of the 'Green Hearts', and their introduction to the D-9. It is a well written account covering the Luftwaffe pilots, whom flew the 190D, and the aircraft, itself.
Myself, I look forward to Volume 2, of this series - And I without doubt, will add it to my collection.
Anyone interested in the evolution of the FW-190, needs to add this book to their collection.

Wow!! This magnificent book by author Axel Urbanke chronicles the life and times of the Focke Wulf pilots of III/JG 54 and two associated gruppen of JG 26 in the 1944-45 timeframe. III/JG 54 was the first Luftwaffe unit to be supplied with the newly introduced Focke Wulf D-9 model, the long-nosed "Dora." III/JG 54 saw heavy action in the last years of the war, ceaselessly opposing Allied bomber raids. Their story, as such, is representative of all Luftwaffe pilots in the West.

Urbanke's book is military aviation history at its best! A labor of love, the author spent over 10 years researching the subject, tracking down and interviewing surviving Dora-9 pilots or their families, assembling photos, researching archives in Germany and abroad, etc.

The results of Urbanke's dedication is this 350-page gem. Everything about this book bespeaks quality - the in-depth research (interviews with 200+ pilots), hundreds of rare photos with detailed captions, ten gorgeous, fold-out color profiles by Jerry Crandall and Tom Tullis, detailed loss and victory lists - this book has it all.

Quality doesn't come cheap; my copy of the book cost $85.00 but it was money well spent. "Green Hearts" is a limited edition, very high quality book and its cover price reflects that.

If you're a serious Luftwaffe enthusiast, you'll love this book. Highly recommended!
