Even though I had worked with a nutritionist and pediatrician for a year in trying to help my now 32 month old child to gain more weight, I still learned a lot from reading this book. It was reassuring to read the food diaries and then Dr. Paula's responses, because it discussed in detail how and what children really eat. As someone who has had to write a toddler's food diary, I can tell you that it's hard to really know how much your child is actually eating (nibble of this and bite of that), compare that to how much they are supposed to be eating according to guidelines(ounces, 1/2 cups, etc.), and come up with a clear picture. I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who wanted to get some detailed information on young children's nutrition.

My daughter had just turned 2 when a friend brought her this book while I was in the hospital having her baby brother. She loved it instantly and we have read it many, many times in the last 7 mos. I am lucky in that she still loves her baby brother, but she has experienced many of the things illustrated in this book ... wanting to act like a baby, help mommy, hearing the baby cry and cry.

It's a wonderful, sweet story, and very accurate to the 'new baby' experience. Now I can't wait to buy it for a friend with a 3 yr old daughter and expecting her own baby brother!!

The authors bring many years of experience in aromatherapy to the writing of this book. They cover their topics in a clear concise manner yet with enough depth that the reader feels empowered to act. My only criticisms are: The authors selection of oils, though well done, left out a few really important oils and the section on "inhalation" wasn't as complete as I'd have liked. The section on massage was very well done with excellent photographs. If you are new to using pure essential oils in support of your younger family members health this is a must buy.

The Atlas of Neonatal Electroencephalography will allow the neurophysiologyst to be able to recognize within a clinical recording the individual elements to determine their significance; showing very nice samples, the authors emphasize specific components of the Neonatal EEG.Congratulations to Dr. Eli Mizrahi.

A wonderful reference with variety of photographs, separated into sections by type ex. genetics, or body systems ex. lungs with many photos of xrays showing various processes. This book is really a great resource and addition to any neonatal or OB unit, or pediatricians collection.

This is the sequel to Butterfly Summers.

This continues the story of the Lett Brothers, Henry and Geoffrey and their London restaurant "Letts" as told by Will Goodrich, who rose to restaurant manager and was the confidante to Henry. He is telling the story to Edwin Lett, Geoffrey's son.

It is such a good story, Butterfly Summers starts with Henry's death and after his funeral Will goes off to a local pub to try and talk Edwin into keeping the restaurant open and he starts to tell him the story of Mary - who was to love Geoffrey, Henry and Will at different times.

The story starts in 1925 and finishes in 1939. It is a good story with some secrets. I look forward to moving onto Winter Wine the third book in this series.

My baby's doctor gave this book to her at one of her appointments, and she has loved it since she was only a few months old. (She is one now, and she still loves this book.) I love that there are photographs of real babies, and it is a fun way to prepare little ones for siblings too. Each page shows something different that babies need.
