This makes an easy pattern for students of English as a second language to follow.
Furthermore, it offers welcome help in a difficult area: verbs.

One of the all time classics for babies and toddlers!Review Date: 1997-11-21
from tears to laughter, play to sleep. Baby
and toddler audiences are mesmerized by colorful
photos of their peers. The minimal text is fun to
read and listen to.
The only fault
I have with this book is that it
should be a board book-it takes quite a beating!
(My 7 year old daughter enjoyed
it as an infant
and still does.)
How sad that it is out of print!

Baby by Dr. Joseph StirtReview Date: 1999-11-28
The Other Side of the CoinReview Date: 2001-11-28
For anyone whose loved ones must pay the hospital a visit, this book is a must-read account of what strings one father and mother pull to try to save the life of their premature baby daughter. And for those familiar with the medical profession, this story is a humbling awakening to attitudes and practices of the medical profession from the patient's standpoint.
Stirt's flowing style and unfeigned suspense makes Baby impossible to put down. I recommend this book to all readers.
